• Low Temps & Gentle Soaps: Treat your sweatshirts right—cold water and gentle detergents only. Skip the hot washes; we’re going for "cozy vibes," not "BBQ heat!"

How It Works:

• 30-Day Returns: You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
• Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Starting a Return:
Email us at support@throwbackparadise.com to get started. We’ll send you a return label and instructions.

Damages or Issues:
If your shirt arrives damaged, defective, or gets lost in transit, we’ll replace it or refund you ASAP.

Refunds:
Once we get your return, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received it, let us know at support@throwbackparadise.com.
