Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer service. If your order has already been shipped, please follow the returns procedure below.

Return Eligibility

  1. Unused Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  2. Within the Return Period: You must initiate the return process within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
  4. Restocking Fee: We don't charge any restocking fees.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@throwbackparadise.com within 10 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
