Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to make my order?
Most orders are printed and processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
Each shirt is made to order. This keeps quality high and avoids mass-produced waste.
When will my order arrive?
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time

Most customers receive their order within 6–9 business days total.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
Orders are delivered via USPS or UPS.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email automatically.
You’ll also receive a delivery confirmation once it arrives.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
If something’s not right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:

How do I start a return?

We’ll take it from there.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes — return shipping is covered by the customer.
No restocking fees. Ever.
If we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged, we’ll fix it at no cost to you.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
No stress.
Contact us within 10 days of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After that, production may already be underway — but you can still return the item once it arrives.
