Our products are made with pre-shrunk cotton, so you don’t have to worry about noticeable shrinkage—just follow these simple steps to keep your shirts rocking:

1. Flip it Inside Out: Always wash and dry inside out. Simple but makes all the difference!
2. Low Temps & Gentle Soaps: cold water and gentle detergents only. No hot washes; it’s not a BBQ!
3. Skip the Spin Frenzy: Avoid heavy-duty spin cycles.
4. Air Dry When You Can: If you must tumble dry, stick to low heat. Avoid heavy items like jeans or towels in the same load.
5. Iron Inside Out: Keep the heat low and never iron directly over prints.

How It Works:

• 30-Day Returns: You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
• Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Starting a Return:
Email us at support@throwbackparadise.com to get started. We’ll send you a return label and instructions.

Damages or Issues:
If your shirt arrives damaged, defective, or gets lost in transit, we’ll replace it or refund you ASAP.

Refunds:
Once we get your return, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received it, let us know at support@throwbackparadise.com.
