• Low Temps & Gentle Soaps: Treat your hoodie right—cold water and gentle detergents only. No hot washes; we’re keeping it cool, it’s not a BBQ!
• Skip the Spin Frenzy: Avoid heavy-duty spin cycles. They can be rough on the drawstring and the hood's shape—plus, they aren't great for your dance moves!

How It Works:

• 30-Day Returns: You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
• Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Starting a Return:
Email us at support@throwbackparadise.com to get started. We’ll send you a return label and instructions.

Damages or Issues:
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or gets lost in transit, we’ll replace it or refund you ASAP.

Refunds:
Once we get your return, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received it, let us know at support@throwbackparadise.com.
