2. Low Temps & Gentle Soaps: Treat your hoodie right—cold water and gentle detergents only. No hot washes; it’s not a BBQ!
3. Skip the Spin Frenzy: Avoid heavy-duty spin cycles—they’re not great for your hoodie (or your dance moves).
4. Air Dry When You Can: If you must tumble dry, stick to low heat. Avoid heavy items like jeans or towels in the same load.
5. Iron Inside Out: Keep the heat low and never iron directly over prints—your hoodie deserves some love!

How It Works:

• 30-Day Returns: You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
• Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Starting a Return:
Email us at support@throwbackparadise.com to get started. We’ll send you a return label and instructions.

Damages or Issues:
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or gets lost in transit, we’ll replace it or refund you ASAP.

Refunds:
Once we get your return, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received it, let us know at support@throwbackparadise.com.
