• Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Damages or Issues:
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or gets lost in transit, we’ll replace it or refund you ASAP.

Refunds:
Once we get your return, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received it, let us know at support@throwbackparadise.com.
